The Y&R spoilers for Wednesday, August 3, 2022, are full of ups and downs, as Amanda Sinclair plays peacemaker between Devon Hamilton and Nate Hastings, Phyllis Summers throws caution – and sanity – to the wind, and Sally Spectra has questions for her new boss.
Nicholas Newman gave Sally all sorts of off-the-record tidbits about Ashland Locke’s death. And then he told her that none of it was to make an appearance on Newman Media’s platform. Sally nodded, “Yes, sir, boss.” But then she got that Sally glint in her eye.
If her love life is dead on arrival, she might as well be the superstar at work. And being the superstar at work means getting scoops the public is dying to know about. Surely, as the Chief Operating Officer of Newman as a whole, Nick ought to get on board with that.
Devon was furious that Nate hired a music act for his event the same day that Devon had him booked elsewhere. Nate was furious that he hadn’t been kept in the loop. Amanda, who has enough drama in her own family, definitely doesn’t need it in her boyfriend’s. So she tries to get them to hug it out. Neither man will be thrilled.
