Ashland Locke signed away his company – in exchange for $500 million; he’s not an idiot, and he won’t pretend to be one for cheap – and now Y&R spoilers tease that he’s ready to run away with Victoria. Except she turns on him and makes it clear she doesn’t love him anymore and they are never, ever getting back together.
Ashland doesn’t even so much as blink. He’s talked his way out of stickier situations, he has no doubt he can talk his way out of this one. And Victoria is definitely listening. Quick, call Mommy, stat!
Victoria would have several acting awards if they were handed out in Genoa City. Her performance as a love-sick puppy was over the top. However, she convinced Ashland Locke that she still loved him deeply. Her demeanor was so believable he thought she was ready to run away with him.
The Locke Ness Monster argued that he would only sign away his rights to Newman/Locke and annul his marriage if he still got Victoria Newman in the end. Unbeknownst to the rest of her family, she agreed to her husband’s plan on Young and the Restless.
