The Young and The Restless Spoilers for Monday, September 13, 2021, drop hints that Jack Abbott might have come to his senses and reevaluated his out-of-nowhere declaration of love to Phyllis Summers, while Chelsea Lawson lays down some terms of engagement to Adam Newman, and Victor Newman has yet more questions for Ashland Locke.
No one was more surprised than Phyllis when Jack suddenly blurted out that he was still in love with her (except maybe the audience, who’d long moved on). Which is why it shouldn’t be a surprise to her when a more levelheaded Jack attempts to take back his declaration.
Of course, Phyllis, who believes that if the world doesn’t already revolve around her then it should, might be stunned to hear Jack isn’t as enamored anymore. Knowing Phyllis, she’s likely to make him fall in love with her again – just so she can turn him down. She’s like that, you know.
You would think that Adam holds all the cards when it comes to keeping custody of Connor while his mother is out of town. After all, Chelsea just framed Adam for trying to kill Rey Rosales – and Adam let her get away with it.
