Diane’s presence causes tension at the Abbott Thanksgiving dinner. That’s not so surprising, given how badly things have gone between her and Ashley Abbott lately.
Jack Abbott is also seriously angry at Ashley for ganging up on Diane with Phyllis and Nikki Newman. Then, there’s the fact that Summer Newman Abbott has realized that Diane may not be the best person to have in her and Kyle Abbott’s life. She realizes that Diane will ultimately cause Kyle more hurt.
Y&R spoilers see that Adam Newman’s had too much to drink and made a mini-scene at Glam Club. He pulled Sally Spectra away from Nick Newman at the nightclub for a chat. Then, he shocked her utterly. As seen on Young and the Restless, Adam told Sally it’s “killing” him to see her with his brother. And then he proposed to her. That left her speechless. But when she tried to walk away, Adam got physical and grabbed her arm.
That set off Nick, who took Sally and left. But once back in her suite at The Grand Phoenix, her new boyfriend insists his brother’s proposal was about breaking them up. Otherwise, why do it drunk and in public? It seems Nick dismisses the proposal as a stunt aimed at him.
