But they’re also a bit at odds over the conflict between their mothers. What if Summer confuses his hedging about one for the other? This is not a couple that’s good at communicating, and they have a tendency to break up at the drop of a hat (like the comically floppy one Summer wore after she dumped Kyle at the altar, then stalked him around town). This can go very wrong, very quickly.
Phyllis always thinks she’s the smartest person in the room, which means the best way to trick her is to let her keep thinking that…right up until the rug gets pulled out from under her. Will this happen, or will Phyllis prove she always knows what she’s doing?
