Immediately after hearing about Chelsea’s mental health crisis on Y&R, Johnny assumes the worst. He worries he pushed his bio-mom to this point by being a “jerk” to her. But Connor’s quick to tell him that his mom told him that it’s not about either of them.
Connor says that his mother’s trying very hard to be “normal,” but he sees her taking moments with really deep breaths, trying to calm herself down. Johnny takes in all this info from his brother with a lot of concern in his voice.
On Young and the Restless, a worried Johnny Abbott takes this info back to his parents, unaware of how much they know about this already. After telling them what he learned, he wants to talk to Connor Newman’s mother to clear the air on Y&R.
Billy-Boy presses Vikki to let their son decide how to handle this since he seems to be doing okay with all of it. And he tells her to follow the kid’s lead. Maybe that’ll keep her snark and temper in check…
