Newman father and daughter are feeling pretty confident about holding the upper hand with their foes. Victor turns to Ashland Locke for a bit of a friendly chat. That turns less friendly when Victor shares with Ashland what Michael Baldwin dug up about the South American clinic where Ashland was getting supposed treatments for his supposed cancer.
Will Victor back Ashland into a defensive corner, or will the Locke Ness Monster gleefully reveal what we’ve all been rooting for – that this has been a setup from the start, revenge for Victor threatening to let Ashland die unless he sold Victor his company. Victor’s actions then were monstrously beyond the pale. And turnabout is fair play!
Meanwhile, Victoria is being equally as smug with little brother Adam Newman, explaining how things are going to be now that she’s in charge of the company he thought Daddy bought for him. But Adam isn’t planning to go down without a fight. And he’s got a secret weapon in his corner.
