The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, November 16, 2021, open with Billy Abbott and Lily Winters getting a crash course in what happens when you go up against Victor Newman, while Victor himself sits around gloating, and Adam Newman feels so good about pulling one over on Billy, that he decides to push his luck with Rey Rosales.
Billy and Lily were still wondering how the story they were never planning to run got leaked, when they were distracted by Ashland Locke texting them with the suggestion to lawyer up – fast.
They get their answer when Jesse Gaines, not looking nearly as worse for wear when he last made a surprise appearance, sauntered into the Chance Comm offices to explain that Ashland is going to sue them because what Billy and Lily printed isn’t true.
And how does Jesse know it isn’t true? Because Jesse was their source. And Jesse made it all up. Earlier, Billy brushed away Lily’s suggestion that they declare they got hacked by claiming it would make them look like amateurs.
