Nikki has been playing referee between Victor and Nicholas Newman, Victoria and Nick, and any other family configurations you can think of. We’ve got to give her credit. She keeps plugging along, even as every single one of them acts like a spoiled brat.
And today is no exception. Nikki reaches out, everybody pouts. Is it finally time for a matriarch slap-down? Or is a fed-up Nikki finally going to take sides and stop trying to please all of the people all of the time?
Jack Abbott is constant support for Phyllis Summers. As her relationship with Nick Newman imploded, Phyllis turned to Jack for comfort and advice. Nick even blamed Jack as one of the reasons their romance was in trouble on Young and the Restless.
However, now that “Phick” is officially over, Phyllis asks for time alone and Jack respects her wishes. Now, Phyllis Summers reels from the split. But Phyllis got very close to Jack Abbott recently. Young and the Restless updates hint Jack could reunite with his ex-wife Phyllis. But first, Jack agrees with Phyllis Summers to take a step back from each other.
