The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, February 7, 2022, put the Newman family front and center, as Nicholas Newman and Sharon Rosales struggle to think of a way to chill out Noah Newman, while Adam Newman decides he’s tired of sitting back and letting his father and sister call the shots on everything from his professional life…to his personal one.
Because they have nothing better or more important to do, Sharon and Nick have decided to obsess over their son’s obsession with his sister’s fiancée. Noah made the mistake of telling his parents that he still has feelings for Tessa Porter, and now they want to help him get over it.
By talking about her constantly. Yup. That’ll do it. Sharon might want to go back and take a few refresher courses in her psychology program. Last week was a series of defeats for Adam, as his father sold their company to Adam’s sister, then Victoria Newman Locke came over to gloat about it.
Adam surprised her by declining to quit, and, later, he surprised Sally Spectra by informing Chelsea Lawson, Chloe Mitchell Fisher, and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin that Sally would be working for him now. That was a win for both of them.
