Nick went off on his own to find out the truth about Ashland Locke and present it to Victoria. But that wasn’t how Victor wanted to deal with it. So Victor dismissed Nick’s concerns and teamed up with Adam to make sure his precious daughter’s wedding went off without a hitch.
