The Young and the Restless spoilers this week have Nick Newman noticing Sally Spectra is off. She’s still got stomach issues, because this week, morning sickness rears its ugly head. And she’s struggling to prepare her Fenmore’s presentation.
As they’re out to dinner, it’s obvious to Nick that something is really wrong with his date. In the end, Young and the Restless spoilers see Sally finally confessing that she’s pregnant, although she wanted to wait a while longer before revealing it.
