While Adam Newman has a tempting new job offer to helm Jabot, he seems more bent on payback. Of course, Jack Abbott will be disappointed if he says no and may try and talk Adam off the ledge. As Adam digs for info on Ashland Locke’s death, Victor Newman loses it and snaps at his youngest son.
But that won’t deter the black-sheep son from getting revenge. Later in August, Adam Newman hires Lucas, per Young and the Restless spoilers. Adam assigns him a task sure to anger The Mustache. After his dad snatched the CEO seat from him, Adam’s unable to control his anger and hurt.
Will he get payback? With Chance Chancellor holding evidence to confirm the cover-up of Ash’s death, does this tie to Adam’s plan? If the cop considers dropping it, he might make it so Chance can’t do that on Y&R.
