For what feels like forever on The Young and the Restless, Phyllis Summers has been up in arms about…something. If it wasn’t having to share ownership of The Grand Phoenix with Abby Chancellor, it was that her grown daughter wants to move away from home, and the evil woman who made it all possible.
And then there was Nick Newman. Phyllis didn’t feel that Nick was worshiping her adequately. Nick insisted on having thoughts about people other than Phyllis. And why should she put up with that, when Jack Abbott was there, every time she turned around, making it clear that there was nothing more important in his life than listening to the whining of the woman who cheated on him – twice.
Except now it’s Thanksgiving…and Jack has been inconsiderate enough to go out of town with his sister, Ashley Abbott, to look for her daughter, Abby, who is looking for her presumed-dead husband, Chance. How is this putting Phyllis, first, she wonders?
