Ashland Locke and Victoria Newman will buy Chance Comm…meaning Newman Media can absorb it into the fold for bragging rights, and Jill Foster Abbott Atkinson will step down at Chancellor Industries, naming Lily Winters CEO and Billy as her right-hand man.
