Nina Reeves’s preliminary hearing begins. She has a lot riding on the outcome — especially her freedom. One way she could get out of it would be if Sonny Corinthos were to come clean about not wanting to find his past life because he was happy with Nina — but that would put Nina in a whole other type of prison.
Prison is not for her niece, not one night, so needless to say, Liesl Obrecht pressures Scott Baldwin to come through for them. Scott would like nothing more than to expose Sonny’s secret Nixon Falls life so that he could knock him down a peg or four — and he will try, asking him why he didn’t press charges.
Elsewhere, Liesl runs into Victor Cassadine, who warns her not to get in his way. While Josslyn Jacks and Cameron Webber have been getting a lot closer since they started dating, they have yet to take that relationship to the next level.
